The Challenge

Restaurant operators receive dozens of supplier invoices weekly from Sysco, US Foods, and similar distributors. Manually entering invoice totals and tracking spend by vendor is error-prone and time-consuming.

What We Built

Designed a native Android UI for an invoice scanning app: a dashboard showing month-to-date spend and invoice count, a recent invoices list with per-vendor status tracking, and a camera-first scan flow. The mockup demonstrates the full user journey from capture to processed invoice.
