The Challenge
Restaurant operators juggle disconnected tools: a POS that doesn't talk to the kitchen, manual bill reconciliation, and staff paging via personal phones. Nothing is integrated and every handoff is a failure point.
What We Built
Built a unified platform with Claude Vision OCR that reads and parses printed and handwritten bills automatically, Stripe for payment processing, Twilio for SMS-based kitchen notifications, and a real-time kitchen display system. Deployed in Docker for single-command production installs.
