Terms of Use

These Terms are an agreement between you and R Gupta Consultancy Services Inc. ("RGCS," "we," or "us"). By downloading or using Suvichaar, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

You must be legally able to enter this agreement. If local law requires parental or guardian consent, you may use Suvichaar only with that consent.

Suvichaar provides AI-generated reflection inspired by ideas from the Bhagavad Gita. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by a religious authority. Generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your circumstances.

Suvichaar is not medical, mental-health, legal, financial, emergency, or official religious advice. Do not delay professional help because of app content. For immediate danger or a crisis, contact local emergency services and a trusted person now.

You must not:

• Break the law, harm or harass anyone, or infringe another person's rights.
• Submit content you lack the right to process or deliberately submit highly sensitive credentials.
• Probe, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or bypass security, rate limits, purchase checks, or access controls.
• Use automated means to scrape the service or extract models, prompts, credentials, or non-public data.
• Present AI output as authoritative professional or religious advice.

We may restrict access when reasonably needed to protect users, providers, or the service.

You retain any rights you have in text you submit. You grant us a limited licence to transmit and process that text only as needed to operate, secure, and support Suvichaar. You are responsible for what you submit.

The app, branding, design, software, and other RGCS materials are owned by RGCS or its licensors. We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for its intended purpose under these Terms.

• Premium is an optional monthly auto-renewable subscription purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play.
• The store shows the localized price, billing period, taxes, and trial terms, if any, before confirmation.
• The subscription renews automatically unless canceled through your store account before renewal under the store's rules.
• Cancellation stops future renewals. Premium normally remains available through the paid period unless refunded or revoked.
• Use Restore Purchase in the app to restore an eligible purchase. The same active store proof may move access to the latest pseudonymous installation presenting it.
• Apple or Google handles billing and refund requests under its policies. RGCS does not receive payment-card details.

Store terms also apply. For Apple devices, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement applies where required. If these Terms conflict with mandatory store terms, those store terms control to the extent of the conflict.

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features; change reasonable usage limits; or modify these Terms. We will post revised Terms and provide notice of material changes when required. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms.

To the extent permitted by law, Suvichaar is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, particular results, or the accuracy of AI output. You remain responsible for decisions made using the service.

To the extent permitted by law, RGCS and its directors, employees, and suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profit, goodwill, or opportunity arising from Suvichaar. RGCS's total liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for Suvichaar during the 12 months before the claim or CAD $100.

These exclusions do not limit liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded, including rights under applicable provincial or territorial consumer law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without limiting mandatory rights you have under local law. Courts located in Ottawa, Ontario have jurisdiction unless applicable consumer law requires another forum.
